More rainstorms are rolling in and unfortunately bad owners will leave their dogs out in them. Our group can only do so much, the responsibility lies with the owners. If you are not going to let your dog indoors and treat it properly - DO NOT HAVE ONE. There are NO EXCUSES! Goes for cats also. If you can't keep your cat inside and treat it right, don't have one. If you do not like animals, do not have any.
Report all animal abuse to your local county animal control, do not assume that someone else will report it. "Narc" on your neighbors, you might save an animal's life.
